1.Turn on the power, heating and exhaust, start the machine and adjust the speed;

2.Put the expended fabrics onto the loading point, then the machine will roll the fabrics in and finish ironing; 

3.Pick up the fabrics when it come out from the machine, and fold them.

4.Before stop the machine completely, pls turn off the heating first and then stop the motor half an hour later, this is to protect the conveying belts from being burned.




Maintenance of LJ Industrial Laundry Table Cloth Feeding Machine:

1.Clean the conveying belts every day, make sure there is no fluff left inbetween;

2.Belts should be tensioned every three months;

3.The bearings should be lubricated every 500 working hours;

4.Any maintenance is forbidden when power is on.
